High Court Criminal Session in Mbale District
The High Court criminal session at Mbale High Court was opened on Tuesday 29, October 2013 and is expected to end 28th November, 2013. The session is scheduled to handle 41 cases and it will be presided over by Hon. Justice Henry Kawesa.

Hon. Justice Kawesa warned individuals against attempting to compromise courts by bribing them with money. He went on to say that the success of imposing appropriate sentencing will depend on the evidence adduced by the key witnesses and called for cooperation between the State Attorney and Police.
